Less than four weeks from Election Day, Mazi Pilip continues to hide from voters by claiming that she’s too “busy” to participate in debates.

Former Congressman Tom Suozzi held a Zoom press conference today highlighting his bipartisan record of addressing common sense gun violence prevention and how the issue is a key part of his 10-Point Plan.

Four weeks out from Election Day in the special election to replace George Santos, his fellow Republican, Mazi Pilip, is facing questions around transparency regarding her personal finances. 

Former Congressman Tom Suozzi, today released his second television ad ahead of the February special election. The ad, entitled “Voicemail,”will begin airing today with a significant buy on cable and broadcast television.

Earlier tonight, former Congressman Tom Suozzi participated in the Lakeville Estates Civic Association’s Meet n’ Greet in New Hyde Park. Suozzi was the singular participant in what was originally planned as a candidate forum featuring the two candidates for the NY03 special election on February 13.

After spending nearly 30 days of her candidacy refusing to offer one single idea or plan, running from reporters and ducking debates, Conservative candidate Mazi Pilip finally put a “10-Point Plan” on her social media. Strangely, it looks remarkably similar to Former Congressman Tom Suozzi’s “10-Point Plan” that he released on December 19, 2023.

Earlier today, Pilip – who’s in DC campaigning alongside Republican Party extremists like Mike Johnson – refused to answer whether or not she’d vote to codify Roe v. Wade and even had her staffer deflect on her behalf.
